A dead battery is bad news. So we use this battery disconnect which, at the turn of a knob, isolates the battery and prevents drain when your car is stored. It's also a quick way to isolate the battery when you're working on your car.

No hot rod should be without a safety kill switch and this unit is ideal for most applications. It is rated at 6-36 Volts, 180 Amps for continuous service and 1,000 Amps for 20-second surges. With a removable key, and indexing pin (fits in panels up to 1/4" thick) These safety kill switches prevent battery drain and are a cost-effective theft deterrent.
